Expedite Media Group seeks to keep hands, and hearts, warm with Hesed House’s Christmas mitten drive

AURORA, ILL—Web site design and e-mail and SMS marketing firm Expedite Media Group is thrilled to be continuing their partnership with Hesed House this holiday season. In addition to having pledged $50,000 to Hesed House’s “Building Bridges to Brighter Futures” capital campaign earlier this year, Expedite Media Group will be participating in Hesed House’s annual mitten drive—both organizations are based in Aurora.

Each resident of Hesed House receives a paper mitten in which to write down one thing they would like to receive for Christmas. The mittens are then put in envelopes and dispersed among participating organizations and families. At Expedite, each employee is asked to pick up at least one mitten and purchase the requested product written on the mitten. Requests range from clothing for babies, to scarves and mittens and even work boots for a new job. We’re all thrilled to be able to participate in such an amazing program, and give back to people in the community in which we work.
